Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in culture transformation project
  • Support L&D initiatives implementation
  • Undertake strategic projects as assigned
  • Monitor, analyse and disseminate changes in applicable employment laws, rules and regulations
  • Coordination of recruitment channels, screening and interviews
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports
  • Conduct employment due diligence checks
  • Department admin support

Requisites

  • All disciplines welcome
  • Meticulous while being capable of managing tight timelines and multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Strong in Microsoft office (Excel & PowerPoint)
