If you are a keen learner looking for an internship in the area of software development, read on to find out more. As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Associate, you will work closely with the Operations Team to deploy technology solutions for our clients.

You will be offered hands-on learning opportunities and exposure in the following areas:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Create and maintain project documentations
• Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and end-user support
• Undergoing self-directed learning on RPA tools and technologies
• Acquire knowledge and participate in projects related to other digital technologies including OCR, Process Mining, ML/AI and Analytics
• Support other business functions including business analysis, project management and pre-sales
• Fulfil any other duties diligently as and when assigned by superior

Acquire the following during the traineeship:

• Gain proficiency in using RPA tool(s) to automate business processes
• Develop and apply problem solving skills to resolve common automation challenges
• Apply technology to achieve desired business outcomes (e.g. improving productivity)
• Interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels confidently
• Gain exposure to other business functions

Requirements

• Possess or is presently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Python, C# and VB.Net
• Knowledge of business process automation and RPA tools such as UiPath
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and love solving problems
• Excellent communication skills and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
