CE Global Network LLP – Shipping Executive Assistant

Shipping Executive Assistant (Internship, 3–6 Months, SGD 1300 to 1,500) per month

What You Will Do As a Logistics & Shipping Intern, you will:

• Handle daily local shipments in Singapore and Indonesia

• Place and manage bookings with shipping companies via email and WhatsApp

• Prepare and consolidate shipping documents (SIs, BLs, invoices, packing lists) using Excel & Word

• Follow SOPs provided and work closely with your supervisor, who will guide and review your daily tasks

• Communicate with partners, resolve issues, and support smooth operations

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months full-time

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Additional: Extra SGD 200 allowance for half-day Saturday support (once per month)

• Location: Singapore (with exposure to Indonesia shipment coordination)

• Monthly Allowance: SGD 1,300 + SGD 200 (if Saturday support required)
