OVERVIEW

Are you looking to embark on a progressive Sales career within the Internet and Cloud services sector? We are seeking ambitious, driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representatives to join our thriving team!

You will work closely with a team of sales, marketing and technical professionals to drive new business and revenue growth by articulating CDNetworks’ solutions to our prospective customers. You will be primarily responsible for prospecting, qualifying and developing inbound leads into viable sales opportunities. You will adopt a consultative approach to understand and evaluate prospects’ current business challenges and future needs. In addition, you will be exposed to the fundamentals of how the Internet works, receive sales process training and access to an array of resources on our products and solutions.

You should be a highly motivated and savvy self-starter who embraces challenges, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a thirst for knowledge and comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Our Sales Team articulates compelling value propositions of CDNetworks suite of solutions to meet unique customer needs and resolve critical business challenges. This team will play an integral role in driving incremental business growth, customer acquisition, market penetration and overall customer satisfaction.

Established Inside Sales Representatives can advance further into a direct selling position with deal closure responsibilities, opportunities to manage strategic customer accounts, develop business partnerships and mentor new sales hires. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a list of targeted verticals and potential customers for new outbound sales campaigns via prospecting.
  • Nurture inbound and marketing-generated leads, so as to convert them into qualified customer engagements and new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Managers to penetrate new accounts and drive deeper customer engagement through remote and onsite appointments.
  • Acquire high-level contacts by leveraging sales acceleration and lead generation tools.
  • Report, track and manage sales pipelines and activities via CRM tool (Salesforce).
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and build insight into the industry, whilst adding valuable information to new and existing accounts.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Quick learner with strong interest in Internet and Cloud technologies, and an aptitude to learn technical concepts and jargons.
  • Prior experience in inside sales, sales development or lead generation roles within the IT industry would be ideal.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language and a good understanding of the business landscape in these countries is ideal, as this role may be involved in communicating with potential customers within the ASEAN and Pacific region.
