Job Description

Employer Branding & Recruitment Intern - Immediate Availability


What you’ll be doing

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand presence
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms to showcase our company values and employee experience
  • Liaise, plan and organize engagement events or activities with schools and organizations we are partnering with, including career fairs and networking sessions
  • Support end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening to onboarding
  • Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience and recruitment process
  • Maximize your exposure and be involve in other people & culture team related initiatives if they are of your interest and align with your development plan

What you’ll need

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and has the ability to generate engaging content for different platforms
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn
  • Passionate in people and experiences
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months
