Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Conduct in-depth research, develop quantitative analyses, and process information to provide recommendations to senior management to drive strategic business decisions 

-Manage the delivery of multiple projects while keeping all stakeholders informed 

-Develop a detailed understanding of our competition and market analyses 

-Improve on our current work in progress, and re-strategize if needed

-Work with our regional team to translate strategy discussions into processes to be consumed by our broader organization

-Work with senior leadership to create slides and strategy documents

-Review communication with stakeholder and incorporate feedback into final strategy initiatives

-Gather feedback on strategic initiatives and process into documentation and slide decks

-Build business cases in support of key decisions

-Diagnose issues, prioritize and escalate to management when needed

-Recognize potential risks, and areas for improvement and develop plans to implement 

Requirements:

-Graduate from an accredited institution preferred; undergraduate degree holder with excellent academic results and ability to demonstrate a fit to our organization are welcomed

-Ability to conduct rigorous analysis (both quantitative and qualitative) necessary to frame and solve complex problems

-Strong communication skills; ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly

-Ability to multitask, and create solutions to new problems quickly

-Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment driven by results

-Ability to read and understand Mandarin is a plus. The intern will be expected to understand and translate for business handling whenever necessary
