- Job Description
Carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of multi-function devices (e.g. copiers and printers)
Communicate the status of service calls and address all concerns that customers have with our products
Provide timely and excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience
Report all activities and ensure accurate customer and internal records
Manage assigned parts, tools and any other assets provided
Nitec/Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics. Knowledge of Electronics or Mechatronics will also be considered.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Valid Class 3/2B license will value-add.
