Job Description

Carro is seeking for a Corporate Finance and FP&A Analyst to contribute to and take a lead in some strategic finance & planning topics and corporate finance workstreams. 

Join the team for an initial 4 to 6 months internship (or longer, for instance gap year). The role covers mainly analyzing financial and business data across the group (covering all business lines and all countries), liaising and business partnering with managers and local finance leaders to benchmark, analyse and drive performance improvements and budgeting / planning exercises, supporting corporate finance projects and workstreams (for instance strategic planning and synergies modelling for M&A transactions etc.).

As it is both an internal and external facing role, with interaction to the senior leadership C-level team, candidates must have a dynamic, quick, agile, smart and pragmatic personality, with sufficient ambition to learn and ultimately take ownership. 

Education level

o Bachelor’s degree with a preference on management, business, finance, economics 

o Other qualification such as financial modelling, CMA/CFA/ACA courses could be an added advantage, or university financial consulting projects

Related skills 

o Good analytical, financial, and Excel skills, good written and verbal communication, and the willingness to work as part of the team 

o Fluent in English
