Carro started out as a user-friendly direct-seller-to-buyer used online car marketplace that provides services like free inspection, warranty and paperwork. Responsibilities
Carro is looking for a driven, meticulous accounting intern who is eager to apply their accounting knowledge to real-world work in an exciting, fast-growing startup, and learn more about the daily accounting activities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor & update schedules (e.g. cheque listings, sales listings)
- Work with the sales & operations team to ensure accuracy & completeness of daily sales reports
- Work with the accounting team to prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
- Process staff expense claims
- Other ad-hoc duties when needed- e.g. assisting with HR/ office matters
Requirements:
Essential
- Basic knowledge of Accounting/ Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Efficient, meticulous and highly detail-oriented
- Highly diligent, resourceful, & responsible
- Eager to learn & receptive to feedback
Desirable
- Relevant experience/ knowledge preparing financial statement (Balance Sheet, Cashflow, P&L)
- Knowledge of Xero (or equivalent) for regular management of accounts
- Knowledge of GST and accounting for it on the books
- Basic knowledge managing inter-co transactions
- Able to communicate in Bahasa (plus point as we have a company in Indonesia)
Remuneration: $650/ month (diploma students), $800/ month (undergraduate students)
