Job Description

Event Management / Operation

Job Overview: Carnival Wiz Pte Ltd, a reputable provider of carnival equipment rentals, including inflatables and arcade machines, as well as event management services, is seeking event management individuals. This offers valuable hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including proposal creation, equipment setup, and tear-down, within dynamic and exciting industry.

Office Location: Win 5 Building, Yishun Industrial Street 1, #09-03 Singapore 768091

Key Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Event Proposal Creation
  • Assist in creating event proposals for clients, including equipment recommendations, layout design, and budget consideration.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proposal align with client requirements and company offerings.
  • Client Coordination and Communication
  • Communicate with clients to gather event details, preferences, and specifications.
  • Provide responsive and informative support to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Event Logistics Planning
  • Collaborate with the event management team to plan event logistics, including equipment rental schedules, transportation, and setup requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of carnival equipment.
  • Equipment Setup and Tear-Down
  • Participate in the setup and arrangement of carnival equipment at event venues, ensuring proper installation and safety protocols.
  • Assist in the tear-down process after events, including dismantling equipment and returning it to the warehouse.
  • On-Site Event Coordination
  • Be present on-site during events to oversee equipment operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for the clients and guests.
  • Collaborate with event staff and vendors to manage event flow and address any last-minute adjustments.
  • Client Satisfaction and Feedback
  • Interact with clients during events to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute post-event evaluations and reports to assess the success of each event.
  • Creativity and Innovation
  • Bring creative innovation solutions to enhance event experiences and make each event memorable.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with various team, including sales, marketing, operations, to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirement:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm for event planning, coordination, and customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing event dynamics.
