Carlton Hotel (Singapore) Pte Ltd – Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the efficient operations, repair maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment in the hotel.
2. Maintains and repairs electrical wirings fixtures, panel, control, electrical machines and equipment.
3. Installs electrical wiring fixtures, panel, control, electrical machines and equipment.
4. Able to perform preventive maintenance for all guest room & public areas.
5. Responsible to record all jobs done and recommendation in the log book and other forms as may be required.
6. Accountable to report any abnormality encountered during the checking of all M&E plant room equipment.
7. Accountable to report any abnormality to appointed contractors.
8. Assists to set up of audio-visual equipment such as overhead projectors etc.
9. Assists in the efficient maintenance of Chillers.
10. Assists Technician / Shift Engineer for the repair and servicing works of all air handling unit and fan coil units of the hotel.
11. Maintains emergency generator and conducts test run once every fifteen (15) days.
12. Assists Security department during fire drill exercise and for any fire related matters.
