We are looking for a creative designer with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset to be a part of the change and progress of our award-winning, highly-reviewed facial spa. You will be integral to the success of Caring Skin throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.
Marketing & Communications
- Content Creation and Marketing Communications materials
- Ensure consistency and quality in the company's Brand visuals
- Assist in Media, Influence and Blogger Relations
- Liaising with external vendors to produce exceptional visual marketing materials and ensure completion of all creative artworks within a timeline
- Work and assist with the operations and marketing team to design for various campaigns and collateral across channels
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Assist in campaign creation for social media and in-house promotions
- To understand and execute according to the creative vision by the Director and Marketing Manager
- Maintaining a consistent style/ approach and high level of work across all assets
- Off-site photography and videography
Editorial & Graphics
- Source and design graphics that will be used throughout Caring Skin’s marketing materials
- Ensure all Caring Skin’s graphics are consistent with the image
Social Media
- Plan and create graphics for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook)
What you’ll need:
- An eye for personable and artful designs
- Flexible working style
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box
- Have good attention to detail and an eye for good composition and layout
- A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach. Get it done right and fast!
- Photography and Videography skills is a must (Preferably with product photography knowledge)
- Video and photo editing skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Visual or Design communication or related studies.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong skills with design software such as Adobe Suites programs like Photoshop/ Illustrator / Lightroom / Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good team player, highly initiative, diligent and fun-loving
- Pays attention to details and works with a positive attitude to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and independent worker
- Able to start within short notice
