CareForWe is a student-led healthcare initiative based in Singapore, founded by university students from healthcare-related disciplines. We focus on community health education, early detection initiatives, and health screening projects, with an emphasis on chronic kidney disease (CKD).
Our work spans local community programmes as well as overseas Youth Expedition Projects (YEPs) in collaboration with partners in Southeast and East Asia. CareForWe provides students with hands-on exposure to public health, healthcare outreach, project planning, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
As a Healthcare Outreach Intern, you will support CareForWe’s community education and engagement efforts, focusing on kidney health awareness and early detection initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting health education and community outreach
Supporting promotion of screening events
Engaging communities through talks, booths, and workshops
Collecting basic feedback and participation data
