Job Description

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Prepare and edit documents
• Update website
• Update CRM software
• Provide general support to visitors
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, noting any issues or trends for further analysis.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
