CaptionCube is a social enterprise that provides high-quality, fast captioning, transcription, and subtitling services for anyone with a video to help them reach a larger audience - people with hearing loss, those with language barriers, and those seeking better comprehension through audio and visual communication.
CaptionCube also provides live captioning services. We have improved communication engagements by over 30% among our clientele. We believe everyone has equal rights to communication.
Job Summary:
You will be reporting directly to the CEO/CMO. You will be involved in the creation and execution of a 5-month captioning campaign that aims to raise awareness on inclusion and the need for accessibility. The campaign will feature videos from more than 100 participating partners (from public, private and NPOs) and will rally 1,000 volunteers to crowdsource captions to create a more inclusive online space.

- Produce, curate and/or manage content (copywriting & design), and calendar creation across all channels for the campaign (Mailchimp/blogs/LinkedIn/Facebook)
- Analyse performance of content across channels to optimise the effectiveness of campaign.
- Explore relevant and creative channels to increase outreach and awareness
- Outreach to possible partners for videos or volunteers via emails/ calls
- Plan and participate in outreach activities / events
- Assist in any other marketing campaigns, events and/or collaborations where necessary
Requirements:
- Independent, committed to timelines and highly motivated with a love for creating results
- Ability to write well to appeal to our target audience
- Resourceful and able to learn new online marketing tools quickly
- Familiar with using online marketing tools like Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Facebook and blogs
- Ability to analyse data and devise actions for improvement
- Able to do with basic graphic design
- Must be able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus
