- Working closely with the Director to support daily business functions.
- Preparations of forms, reports and other documents
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization
- Maintain contact lists and database
- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Acting as a liaison between the various departments
- Able to work remotely most of the time
