Job Description

Exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across office operations, event coordination, and business support within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Working closely with our Operations and Events teams, you will learn how projects and events are delivered from concept through to execution while building valuable professional skills along the way.

About the Role

This internship is designed to provide practical experience and mentorship across a variety of business functions. You will support the team with day-to-day tasks while learning how internal operations, client projects, and events are managed to a high standard.

You will work under the guidance and oversight of experienced team members and be encouraged to develop your organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Project Support

  • Support the team with project coordination and administration

  • Assist with event planning and preparation across multiple projects

  • Research venues and suppliers and help gather vendor quotes

  • Assist in preparing and updating presentations, documents, and project materials

  • Support logistics coordination including venue communication and food & beverage arrangements

  • Assist with merchandise sourcing and supplier communication

  • Provide onsite event support during activations and events

  • Support marketing initiatives where required

  • Learn how projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard

  • Opportunity for occasional regional or international travel depending on projects

Office Support & Coordination

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the Singapore office

  • Help manage deliveries, office organisation, and maintaining shared spaces

  • Support the ordering and restocking of office supplies, catering, stationery, hardware, and furniture

  • Assist with maintaining office equipment and general workplace requirements

About You

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Comfortable working in a team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

  • Interest in events, operations, or business administration
