Capella Hotel Group – Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern, you will report to the Vice-President of Business Development, Capella Hotel Group and provide clerical and administrative support to the Business Development Team.

• Conduct destination research and analysis on access, connectivity, upcoming hotel pipeline and key attractions.
• Support the Business Development Team on existing and new leads by conducting market research, gathering competitive data, analyse data on visitation statistics, understand access to the project site.
• Assist in financial projection for new projects, preparation of Term Sheets and related legal documentation.
• Provide help and support in the preparation of project pitches that involves conceptual presentations, financial analysis, and preparation of commercial term sheets.
• Update the Business Development deal list and support in the preparation of any documentation/presentations related to internal meetings.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks during the internship tenure, which would involve research, data assimilation, and data analysis and data organization
