We help to ensure the smooth flow of the millions of containers of goods that pass through one of the busiest ports in the world yearly. Part-Time Purchaser/Buyer

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase items through online and physical stores
• Compare prices and obtain quotations
• Place orders and monitor delivery status
• Check received items against orders
• Maintain simple purchasing records and receipts
• Assist with general administrative duties

Requirements

• Comfortable with online shopping platforms and basic computer usage
• Good at using taobao, pdd, shopee and others
• Able to compare prices and communicate with suppliers
• Careful, responsible and organised
• Previous purchasing or administrative experience is helpful
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
