Job Description

SUMMARY

You will assist the Directors and work with established portfolio of IT clients to achieve business growth through the development of partnerships from our in-house database system and other job portals

 

THE ROLE

  • Source and screen highly skilled professionals to match client requirements permanent opportunities
  • Build a network of active and passive technology professionals through sourcing using our inhouse candidate database system, referrals and job posting
  • Conduct thorough phone interviews to effectively match candidates’ qualifications and job requirements given by the Client. 
  • Facilitate and finalize agreements between Candidate and Client
  • Assist in strategic recruitment process i.e. candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks
  • Post jobs on various job portals (CA Website, JobStreet, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Format JDs and CVs into company’s standard template
  • Complete and update client and candidate details in internal database for maximum efficiency 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Candidate Management/ Research
  • Degree / Diploma in Business or IT with strong interest in recruiting IT positions
  • FRESH graduates with outgoing personality are welcome to apply (training will be provided)

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive “will do” and “can do” attitude
