Butterfly Global Pte Ltd – Accounts Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
• Manage full set of accounting operations and monthly closing activities, including management reporting, general ledger analysis, reconciliations, schedules and journal entries
• Responsible for monthly payroll, IR8A, IR21, employee records, leave balance, employment passes
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing report
• Monitor invoices due and overdue
• Provide timely update on accounts receivable status
• Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Prepare and issue invoice and update receipt. 
• Ensure accounting control and compliance are in place
• Provide HR administration support to the business units
• General administrative support and any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years of full set accounts hands-on experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Superior attention to detail
• Hands-on and positive work attitude
• Industry: I.T.
• Location : Commonwealth (5 mins from MRT)
• Monday - Friday
