Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the team in developing and implementing programs and activities for youths.
  • Coordinate, prepare, organize and execute programs for China and Singapore such as immersion trips, internships, exchange programs, and local learning journeys for youth.
  • Provide support and guidance to youth members
  • Ensure all operations adhere to organizational & functional policy & SOPs and records & reports are up-to-date, accurate and properly maintained.

Others:

  • Effectively strong in English and Mandarin in verbal communication, reading, writing, and proofreading.
  • Knowledge and interest in Singapore – China developments and passionate about youth development programs and activities.
  • Efficient, multi-tasking, and able to work within tight timeline
  • Comfortable with software applications/online applications - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Photoshop, Canva, other EDM software/app will be an advantage
  • Willing to learn
