Bunka Language School – Marketing Intern

Bunka Language School Pte Ltd is a Japanese language school in Singapore that was established in 1985. It is accredited by the Ministry of Education (MOE) 

Location: Remote (Work From Home) with occasional in-person tasks in Singapore

Salary: $700 per month

Schedule: 5-day workweek

Responsibilities: 

1. Create and manage social media content for the school's social media channels.
2. Write blog posts and articles about the school's programs, teachers, or students, or about Japanese language and culture in general.
3. Help with research and data analysis, such as collecting data on potential students, tracking website traffic, or analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
4. Update the school's marketing materials.
5. Create and manage the school's email marketing campaigns.
6. Offline Promotion, Distribute flyers and represent the school at events when required.
7. Participate in other HR activities as needed.
8. Provide technical support to users as needed.
9. Participate in online and offline networking opportunities to connect with potential collaborators and promote our Japanese language school.
10. Facility Care and Upkeep

Qualifications: 

1. Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter
4. Experience with content creation and editing
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Comfortable in front of the camera
7. Interest in Japanese culture
8. Able to speak Japanese is a strong bonus
