Bublotte is Singapore's first magnetic sleepsuit brand, founded in 2025 by a mum on a mission to make parenting just a little easier. Our signature magnetic closures replace traditional snaps and buttons, making dressing and night changes faster and more fuss-free for parents and babies alike. Every piece is crafted from soft bamboo fabric and designed with real parenting moments in mind.
We are a small but fast-growing team that moves quickly, thinks creatively, and genuinely cares about the families we serve. If you want real responsibility, real creative freedom, and the chance to grow with a brand from the ground up — this is the place.
Content ideation — brainstorm and propose fresh content ideas weekly across TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will be expected to stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and parenting content that resonates with our audience of new parents and expecting mums.
Scripting — write clear, engaging scripts for short-form video content including product demos, founder videos, UGC-style content, and educational parenting tips. Scripts should be natural, conversational, and true to the Bublotte brand voice.
Filming — come on location to film content at our office or at designated shoot locations. Comfortable operating a phone camera and basic equipment like a ring light or tripod. Ability to direct simple scenes and capture the right angles.
Video editing — edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools. This includes adding captions, music, transitions, and text overlays in line with our brand aesthetic.
Content calendar — help plan and maintain a weekly content calendar ensuring a consistent posting schedule across platforms.
Trend research — monitor TikTok and Instagram weekly for trending audio, formats, and viral content relevant to baby, parenting, and lifestyle categories. Bring ideas to the team proactively.
Performance tracking — track basic metrics on published content including views, saves, shares, and follower growth. Flag what is working and what is not.
What we are looking for
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field. A strong personal interest in social media and short-form video content. Someone who watches a lot of TikTok and actually understands why things go viral. Basic video editing skills — you do not need to be a professional, but you should be comfortable putting together a clean 30-60 second reel. A creative eye and good instincts for what looks and feels engaging on screen. Bonus points if you have a younger sibling, niece, nephew, or know babies and toddlers — authentic understanding of the parenting world is a genuine advantage here.
What you will get
Hands-on experience building social media for a real, growing brand from an early stage. Creative freedom to propose and execute your own ideas — we are not a brand that micromanages content. A portfolio of published work across TikTok and Instagram. Mentorship from the founder directly. Internship allowance of $800-$1,000 per month depending on experience and commitment level.
