Job Description
Job Scope:
- Edit videos for promos and social content.
- Ideas/Contents for the community engagement
- Respond to messages on BLO and WhatsApp as needed.
- Assist with sign-ups and account management.
- Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram.
- Support content management by organizing files and digital assets.
- Help with basic graphic design for social media and promos.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Comfortable balancing ongoing responsibilities with occasional one-off tasks
- Proficient with digital tools like basic editing software (Canva, CapCut) and content management platforms
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive in approach
- Able to work independently and reliably follow through on tasks
Work Arrangement:
- Flexible, mostly remote
- In-person meetings required 1–2 times a month
