Job Scope:

• Support content management by organizing files, editing videos, and updating social media posts
• Assist with basic graphic design and video editing for promos and reels
• Handle admin tasks such as managing digital assets and website platforms
• Take on ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director
• Keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes and jump in wherever help is needed

Requirements:

• Comfortable balancing ongoing responsibilities with occasional one-off tasks
• Proficient with digital tools like basic editing software (Canva, CapCut) and content management platforms
• Organized, adaptable, and proactive in approach
• Able to work independently and reliably follow through on tasks
• Bonus if you have experience with content creation or social media, but not essential

Work Arrangement:

• Flexible, mostly remote
• In-person meetings required 1–2 times a month
