Job Description

Boxgreen is looking for a high-energy and no-task-too-small Fresh Graduate with a passion for food and health/wellness to support our Corporate Sales Team for the period of 12 months. The team focuses on building pipelines and spreading the good snacks in offices.

As Junior BD Trainee, you will hustle, visit cool offices, develop project management capabilities, experience business planning and execution first-hand!

What does the job entail?

  1. Business building for the next phase of Boxgreen's corporate snacking program. Work with customers and provide information about our mission, snacks and our B2B service.
  2. Assisting team on sampling and marketing campaign planning and execution.
  3. Assisting in brand communication, drafting outreach emails to brands highlighting campaign progress and creating recap presentations for businesses.
  4. Generate and qualify leads through multiple marketing channels.
  5. Coordinate corporate sales orders
  6. Actively track sales data and monitor key metrics
  7. Maintain and build strong relationships with our existing clients and offer a seamless client experience to our customers. Attend to their needs and look for opportunities to educate them on new products, services and promotions.
  8.  Involve in after sales customer service support
  9. Handling the day-to-day transactions and other assigned activities

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Should be a self-starter that knows how to prioritize and doesn’t require a lot of structure or guidance

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
  • Recently graduated or will soon be graduating from the the Universities in 2019 or 2020, or have graduated from the university and recently completed National Service in 2019/2020.
  • Passionate about snacking or food
  • Excitement about working at a start-up
  • Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgement
  • Excellent Communication skills
