Job Description
Jobs Description:
- Perform AR/AP accounting duties
- Update accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Maintain proper filing of documents
- Processing of staff expense claims
- Prepare monthly schedules
- Handle bank reconciliation, data entry for our operations, processing of payments, invoices and payment vouchers, reconcile suppliers’ statement of accounts, verify collections and receipt, document filling
- Assist with month end closing, other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Relevant accounting qualifications. Eg. LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred but is not necessary as on job training will be provided.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and detailed with good organizational skills.
- Can do attitude, resourceful and solution-oriented.
