Professionally and courteously handling all inbound customer queries as well as managing outbound customer follow-up programmes, while adopting a science-based approach to troubleshooting for clients. The candidate will gain valuable experience in the area of pet nutrition while dealing with real-life client cases under the Founder's supervision.
- Reporting directly to the Founder for daily feedback on customer trends/feedback;
- Growing and managing FAQ content within BOM BOM's Help Centre for user convenience;
- Fielding phone calls, Whatsapp, email and Intercom messages following the company's customer service protocol;
- Liaising with Production, Analytics, and Logistics teams in accommodating unique customer requests;
- Logging all dialogue with customers; tracking manual orders/payments/order or delivery changes.
Requirements:
- Science-based degree/diploma with an interest in pet nutrition or holistics;
- Energetic and willing to work outside of conventional 9-5 hours if necessary;
- Eloquent, good grammar and speaking/typing skills;
- Experience in customer service or sales;
- Organised and meticulous in record-keeping;
- Competency in Excel, Outlook, Word.
