We are a business consultancy firm incorporated under the Singapore Companies Act. We are looking for undergrads specialising in Law/Business/Banking/Finance/Economics or related fields to join us for our Internship Program.
This internship program aims to provide a holistic approach to building up the candidate's portfolio through 2 areas: Networking and Comparative Advantage.
For Networking:
Candidates would be expected to network with professionals which may include Accountants, Consumer Bankers, Corporate Bankers, Investment Bankers, Mortgage Asset Consultants, Treasurers, Chief Financial Officers and Corporate lawyers. During the networking session, candidate may enquire on the job scopes of these professionals, thus enabling a two way communication opportunity which may lead to future apprenticeship and mentorship program with the respective professional
For Comparative Advantage:
Candidates may be exposed to IPO (Initial Public Offerings) Trainings by Corporate Lawyers. They might also be exposed to Investment instruments which may include Exchange Traded Funds, Unit Trusts, Forex and etc. Candidates will be taught how to build up AUM - Asset Under Management, which is a key performance indicator used in the banking industry.
During the training, candidates would be exposed to these areas: Corporate Trade Facilities (Bank), ETFs , Corporate Finance, AUM & Unit Trusts, Insurance, Financial Law, Mortgage Consultancy, Wills and Assets Distribution and Accountancy.
Due to stringent internal hiring process, we regret that only the top performing interviewees would be shortlisted . Shortlisted candidates can expect an allowance of $2000 to $3000 per month
Due to expansion into the SEA and its region, we are looking for individuals internally to fill up various positions.
i) Fresh ORD matriculating in August welcome

a) Junior Business Consultants ($2000/mth)
- To assist lawyers in filling up template forms for customers for formation of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and etc
- To receive clients professionally and competently
- To outreach to customers on Wills/LPA
- Fresh ORD personnel with interests in Legal sectors or Accounting sectors welcome
b) Business Presentation Officer ($2500/mth)
- To call for clients and explain to them their existing product upgrade
- To meet clients and assist client upgrade their products through IPAD
- To explain to clients on products features through Email/Fax correspondences
- To bring forms to clients and explain terms and conditions
- Fresh ORD welcome
c) Personal Assistant to Manager
- Trained by Lawyers/Accountants/Investment Strategists on Forex, Law, dual currencies, investment plans and etc
- Maintain diaries for manager and plan schedule
- Prepare powerpoint slides during presentations
- Take down minutes
- Any adhoc admin roles expected of you to fulfill
d) Investment Juniors ($2500 per month)
- Trained by Fund Managers, Private bankers in areas of investments
- Assist clientele in investment decisions by understanding their portfolio
- Trained in Unit Trusts, Exchange Traded Funds, Dual Currencies, REITs, Economic Principles affecting Investments and etc
- Fresh ORD with interests in areas of investment/finance/banking welcome
e) Social Media Marketing Assistant
- To assist in E-Commerce platforms
- To assist in marketing department during budgeting, planning and operation phase
- To help in areas of events consultancy
- To post advertisement on social media platforms and update statuses and respond to enquiries actively
Prerequisites:
- A levels/Diploma
- Singaporeans or PRs only
- Fresh ORD welcome Turns 21 by 1 Apr 2018
