Set up to provide solutions to our clients who may be individuals, SME owners or other business owners, we aim to provide an all rounded business consultancy approach. Using our affiliates who are in the areas of marketing and events, we aim to provide a one stop for our discerning clients.
Our clients may consist of SME owners or business owners who are keen in consulting us for their business perceptuality or operations programs. Through a panel of lawyers whom we work very closely with, we are also able to provide opinions on Business plannings, IPOs and M&As, as well as private equity
This program aims to provide a platform for enhancement of knowledge/practical know-hows for
i) Fresh ORD personnel, who may be matriculating into Universities next year (Discovery Program)
ii) Undergrads in Private Universities, who enjoy a more flexible work schedule (SIM/SUSS/KAPLAN) Welcome
iii) Final Year Undergrads, who are looking for practical industrial experience/business network before formally entering into the professional work force
Mentorship
Undergrads will be placed under the direct mentorship of a banking experienced individual to shadow
Undergrads may also learn from a Tax Accountant or a Corporate Lawyer during the internship program
Training Program
This internship program is suitable for individuals who have an interest in the areas of corporate consultancy, business marketing consultancy, events consultancy, market penetration advisory, corporate solutions, employee HR Benefits, corporate tax, Private Equities Investment and etc. Undergrads will be put through an intensive training program with different SME to understand the key functions of their jobs/expertise during the internship, as well as to shadow some of the SME into corporate advisory activities. Such training will include:
(a) Training the individuals on the fundamental of corporations - Corporate Law Introduction, Corporate Structure, Legal Business Entities
(b) Training the individuals on the fundamental of business - Business Law (Contracts Introduction, formation, drafting and exit)
(c) Training the individuals on the fundamental of business instruments - Non Disclosure Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Non-Compete, etc
(d) Training the individuals on events/marketing consultancy including the use of Intellectual Property Characters
(e) Training the individuals on Employees benefits/Retention through the use of wellness programs
(f) Training the individuals on Private Equities investments (buying and selling of businesses)
(g) Training the individuals on fundamental of corporate tax advisory through our tax consultant
(h) Training the individuals on corporate Mergers and Acquisitions
Jobscope :
I) Candidates will be placed under a robust environment to shadow/understand the functions of different SME and help in the areas of business development/market penetration/ business planning, depending on the skill sets and interest of the individuals
