Bliss Flower Boutique – Florist, Sales and Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Floral Design & Production

Create bespoke floral arrangements, bouquets, and table arrangements for daily orders, weddings, and special events.Process, condition, and care for fresh flowers to maintain quality.

2. Retail Sales & Customer Service

Provide exceptional service to walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online orders (WhatsApp/IG). Advise customers on flower selection, combinations, and care based on budgets and occasions. Process payments, manage cash-up, and handle store opening/closing procedures. Maintain a tidy, attractive, and welcoming showroom environment. Positivity!

3. Social Media & Digital Content Creation

Capture fun, "Instagram-worthy" photos and videos of products, behind-the-scenes, and floral tutorials. Manage daily posting on social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Telegram) to boost online presence. Create compelling content for email marketing, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries on social media channels. 

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in floral design is highly preferred, but passionate, creative candidates with retail experience are welcome. 

If you have none, we are able to train in-house… as long as you have a willingness to learn!

Skills:Proficiency with mobile photography/videography editing apps (e.g., Canva, CapCut). Basic computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attributes: Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work on alternate weekends, adhoc events / late evenings, and critical holiday periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)
