- Job Description
Opportunity to learn IT networking, security and servers on the job.
Possibility to convert into full time employment with good performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- General IT Technical Support
- Configure and install additional software
- Ensure proper update of asset management
- Provide End-User Support
- Migration of Desktop & Laptops
- Other ad-hoc IT support when required such as helpdesk support
- Travel to clients' site for support.
Key Requirements:
- Min. NITEC in Information Technology and above
- Do not require prior knowledge to Server Hardware and Server Operating Systems. Learning opportunities for server and network will be provided.
