Registration Counter Crew Responsibilities:
Assist attendees to register and print their badge
General enquiries about show
Packer/ Sign Holder/ Usher Crew Responsibilities:
Direct visitors to the correct queue.
Packing of goodie bags – items to be packed will be briefed onsite.
Assist with basic enquiries. Toilets locations (back of Hall B and foyer), Café locations, Educational Conference, etc.
To walk around the hall with signage of seminar 20 mins before each Edu. Con. Session.
VIP Lounge Assistant Responsibilities:
Restrict entry for visitors – unless accompanied by VIP or exhibitors.
Ensure the cleanliness of the lounge. Feedback to Organiser if the bin is filling up but no one is clearing it.
Request for top-ups:
Coffee machine – refill the coffee beans, empty the grounds tray, supply of cups & water (to brief onsite).
Water dispenser – refill
Assist to basic enquiries. Be aware of the toilets locations and the café locations
