Job Description

Job Title: Training assistant Intern 

Department: Sheltered Workshop, Logistic and Fulfilment Division 

  • To assist Trainer in the daily vocational training/activities for the Persons with disabilities (PWD) working in the sheltered workshop
  • To work with trainer and senior occupational therapist to plan, budget and execute one activity for a group of persons with disabilities.
  • To assist in implementing and monitoring PWDs individual training plans and contribute to case reviews.
  • To assist with liaising with Caregivers as and when the need arises.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirements 

  1. Possesses good organisational and time management skills.
  2. Preferably with volunteering experience
  3. Collaborative team player
  4. Passionate about wanting to make a difference with people with special needs and train them to acquire vocational skills.
  5. Work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
