Job Description
Job Title: Training assistant Intern
Department: Sheltered Workshop, Logistic and Fulfilment Division
- To assist Trainer in the daily vocational training/activities for the Persons with disabilities (PWD) working in the sheltered workshop
- To work with trainer and senior occupational therapist to plan, budget and execute one activity for a group of persons with disabilities.
- To assist in implementing and monitoring PWDs individual training plans and contribute to case reviews.
- To assist with liaising with Caregivers as and when the need arises.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by Supervisors
Job Requirements
- Possesses good organisational and time management skills.
- Preferably with volunteering experience
- Collaborative team player
- Passionate about wanting to make a difference with people with special needs and train them to acquire vocational skills.
- Work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
