Job Description

Training Assistant Intern (Sheltered Workshop)

We are hiring a Training Assistant Intern (Sheltered Workshop) to deliver day-to-day duties and responsibilities for Bizlink Centre Singapore Limited.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assist trainers in all aspects of facilitation of training Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and other advantaged individuals.
  • Work with trainer to develop and conduct training programmes for PWDs and other advantaged individuals.
  • Training, supervising, maintaining and developing the functional skills of clients in the areas of vocational, community living and social participation.
  • Implement and monitor the Individual Training Plans for PWDs.
  • Assist in managing and providing quality checks to the production work that PWDs work on.
  • Assist with client or case management for PWDs.
  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Pursuing in Degree/Diploma in Business & Social Enterprise, Psychology, Social Work or relevant studies.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with good presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Have the patience and passion to work with disabilities and the disadvantaged group
