Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the disadvantaged individuals, in particular persons with disabilities, through training and employment in Singapore. Bizlink is a registered charity with the office of the Commissioner of Charities and is conferred the status of the Institution of Public Character (IPC).

Bizlink’s programmes provide a variety of soft skills and on-the-job training that maximize opportunity for participants to reach their fullest potential. Our social enterprises offer a supportive environment for disadvantaged individuals and those with disabilities across several vocations.

Bizlink has been serving the disabled community since 1986. Today, individuals, regardless of their disabilities and disadvantaged background, are enabled through work within an inclusive community.

Bizlink's Social Enterprise Division manages the development, sales and marketing of Bizlink’s business units. It provides jobs for PWDs working in Bizlink’s sheltered workshop as well as those who are home based.

Beneficiaries in Bizlink's sheltered workshop are taught craft skills so that they can make good quality handicrafts and earn a decent living. The proceeds from the sales of these items go to pay the salaries of these deserving beneficiaries. Through this channel, Bizlink hopes to assist the pan-disadvantaged group (which includes the elderly, mental health patients, ex-offenders, single mothers and the disabled) achieve independence, give them dignity and help them integrate into the mainstream society.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Accounts Payable Administration
Assist sales team to source and obtain quotations for gifts, products, materials
Prepare all supporting documents for purchasing of all materials under dept eg purchase requisition, waiver forms, payment vouchers
File suppliers’ catalogues and quotations
Logistics & production Coordination
Coordinate with sales staff on arranging for deliveries
Brief/train production team with sales staff on project.
Quality check on production
Inventory Management
Communicate closely with production staff on inventory balance and getting updates on production schedules.
Update and manage inventory list and stock balances on regular basis eg additions and deletions
Sales Enquiry & Admin Support
Prepare quotation for customers interested in our various products, eg, greeting cards, hampers, floral gifts, corporate gifts etc.
Be part of team to do telemarketing during the card season
Assist in issuing invoices and delivery orders
Ensure timely compilation reports for approval
File department’s documents, eg contracts and agreements
