We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in M365 cloud provisioning, PC setup and support, as well as coding for automation. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess a strong foundation in IT principles, and have a keen interest in cloud technologies and automation.
Key Responsibilities
• M365 Cloud Provisioning: Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 services. Tasks include user account creation, license assignments, and troubleshooting issues related to M365 applications.
• PC Setup and Support: Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of PC hardware and software. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues such as connectivity problems, software malfunctions, and hardware failures.
• Coding for Automation: Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline and enhance IT processes. Use coding languages such as PowerShell, Python, or similar to automate routine tasks and improve efficienc
