Biohackk SG – Hospitality Intern

Overview

As a Hospitality Intern at Biohackk Lounge, you will gain first-hand experience in client service, lounge operations, and hospitality management. You will support the team in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring guests experience world-class service and at the same time feeling safe and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional manner.

• Support the team in maintaining lounge cleanliness, setup, and overall ambiance.

• Assist in serving refreshments and guiding guests through appointment flow or basic queries.

• Learn and support front-of-house operations, including appointment coordination.

• Help track and organize lounge supplies and treatment room stock.

• Participate in inventory checks and support replenishment processes.

• Receive guests feedback and share insights with the Client Experience Team.

• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure smooth daily lounge operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional and well-groomed appearance.

• Friendly, attentive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or luxury hospitality services is an advantage.

• Flexible to work weekends if required.

• Tech-savvy and open to learning booking or inventory management systems.
