TBTG Aesthetics – Marketing Assistant

TBTG Aesthetics is a Singapore-based wellness centre offering a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments, including facials, slimming services, and hair removal. A holistic approach to beauty and a focus on providing clients with a rejuvenating experience in a private and cozy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Telemarketing (50%)

• Make outbound calls to existing clients and potential new leads.

• Answer inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.

• Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.

• Maintain and update CRM with call details and customer information.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Content Creation (50%)

• Develop and create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blog posts.

• Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, conversion).

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to create relevant and timely content.
