Job Description


  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality and compliance.

  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks (i.e. LinkedIn, CultJobs, Internsg, Glints).

  • Assist with recruitment , including job postings, scheduling interviews and facilitating them.

  • Assist in conducting onboarding, offboarding and check-ins for employees.

  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities such as employee surveys and company announcements.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to update our culture code and employee handbook with a splash of personality.

  • Maintaining employee welfare and leave administration.

  • Providing support to Office Manager when needed.

  • Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices,and propose initiative ideas for process improvements.

  • Other HR administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

  • Comfortable working with and interacting with people


Job Requirements:


  • A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent.

  • A contagious positive attitude that can brighten even the gloomiest Monday mornings.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously while keeping your cool and maintaining a smile.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Adaptable, vibrant, dynamic and approachable.

  • Committed to offering top-notch administrative services.
