Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Intern will learn management techniques to supervise and lead others, gaining experience from the company management. Throughout the 6 months, the Operations Intern will embark on a structured rotation programme across various departments within the company to help manage and optimize day-to-day functions using leadership skills and techniques to improve the quality of work.
- Rotate through all departments within the company
- Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
- Analyze and report on operational metrics
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
