Job Description

• Dissemination of information using marketing software
• Updating of website (Operation maintanence/SEO)
• Data analytics and programming
• Assist with implementation of HR Talent Management System
• Conduct market research
• Assist with IT related ad hoc tasks

Working Hours

• Flexible duration and timing (minimum 3 months)
• Part-time during an academic Term
• Minimum 2 days per week (We can discuss with candidates)
• Full-time during a vacation period

Requirements

• Be interested in Human Resource field, intercultural communication and web marketing
• Be self-motivated
• Experience/knowledge of IT systems (e.g. html, java, php), web marketing systems
• Basic Japanese language ability (N4 and above)

Preference

• Be interested in Japanese business culture
• From computing or IT related majors
