Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and interpret data from BeLive's Key Accounts in order to manage, maintain and upscale each account's performance
  • Condense key information and updates into weekly reports with insights on trends and areas of improvement
  • Research, monitor and analyse market and competitor trends
  • Identify opportunities and brainstorm ideas for key accounts value creation based on data insights
  • Assist in managing the key account's product pipeline while provide relevant insights and strategies during the planning process

Learning Opportunities:

  • Understand, monitor and manage a product's technical development & launching process 
  • Master the mechanism and processes of setting up a live stream operation Strategise, conceptualise, and refine product roadmap with key accounts based on market research and data-driven insights
  • Transforming key account’s data insights into business proposals that drives long term partnership
