The Role
Responsibilities:
- This is an exciting role where you will provide hiring expertise & support to high-growth companies in different geographies so they can scale their teams quickly & accurately.
- You will liaise with senior decision-makers in different industries across countries to understand their talent needs and advise them on the appropriate recruitment strategy to help them achieve their outcomes.
- You will also be trained to understand the different department and needs to help our company identify talent in line with the requirements quickly and manage all aspects of the hiring process all the way till hire.
Ideal Profile

- You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influence senior stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments
