Beeworks Pte Ltd is a growing company for Franchise branding. One of our Francise branding is Jollibee. Looking for Accounts Executive Intern to join us!

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account
• Hand on experience in handling AR & AP
• Perform accounts payable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs
• Reconciling supplier statement and following up on differences
• Prepare payment listing and ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and timely updates to the system
• Handle petty cash and expenses claim reimbursements
• Bank account reconciliation
• Assist in outlets daily sales & receipts reconciliation to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Filing documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Good team player with positive work attitude, interpersonal and communications skills
• The willingness and attitude in learning beyond the books
• Able to meet deadlines and work under tight schedules
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
