What you will be doing:

• Accurate data entry into company in-house system
• Handling calls, emails, processing of documents
• Support director with all administrative duties
• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
• Keep records and reports up to date
• Organize and schedule meetings and events
• Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Assist the management on any other administrative tasks as assigned
• Provide office support to employees, clients, and customers to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
