Beacon Consulting is a fast-growing company which provides services in the areas of Research, Consultancy and Training. We have offices in Singapore and Malaysia and have the following position available.
Beacon Consulting is currently looking for Interns for the Research & Insights Department.
The interns will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:
Fieldwork – Mystery Audit, Telephone survey, Face-to-face survey
Deployment of staff for fieldwork (Recruitment of fieldwork staff is not required as this is overseen by HR).
Data cleaning and coding
Report writing – simple report writing of store-level reports
Transcribing
Preparation of charts and graphs for presentation slides and reports
Data verification (vetting) – Review completed questionnaires to ensure that the responses match the questions. Contacting the respondents if required
Programming database templates (designing SPSS data templates)
Others – Observe training of fieldwork staff, attend the presentation of findings to clients.
Administrative duties – Printing of hardcopy questionnaires, preparing hardcopy reports for clients, filing of completed questionnaires returned from fieldwork staff
