People & Culture Intern
Singapore

The People & Culture Intern will assist the People and Culture team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regard to all Human Resources (HR)-related tasks in Asia Pacific region. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, whether it’s benefits administration, employee relations, human resource operations or onboarding. As an intern, you will be exposed to valuable insights that will enhance your understanding of the HR field while supporting our team's daily operations.

Your responsibilities

• Maintains a basic knowledge of HR regulations that impact their daily work

• Maintains spreadsheet with tracking data for the HR department

• Support the development and maintenance of HR Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Organize and update employee personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Assist in optimizing HR workflows to improve efficiency and accessibility

• Support in facilitating the recruitment process, including resume screening and interview scheduling

• Contribute to the coordination and execution of employee engagement activities and ad-hoc events

• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed

• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Problem-solving skills

• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• A desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
