Job Description
- Be the face and spokesperson of the service brand
- Provide excellent service to guests and make them feel welcome
- Be well verse in the menu and products
- Upsell any restaurant promotions and special offers
- Take orders accurately and recommend best sellers and special items
- Checking of areas are clean and ready at all times
- Coordinate for functions and events
- Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
